Welcome to the web pages of the Wade Edwards Learning Lab in Raleigh, North Carolina.  If you are a high school student, these pages are for you. 

You can find information here about the WELL, a free after school computer lab for high school students in Raleigh, North Carolina.  And even if you don't live in Raleigh, you can use the Homework Links to find online resources to help you with your high school homework.  You can find information about colleges and other opportunities after you graduate, and you can find information about activities and opportunities before you graduate. 

These pages also include information about Wade Edwards and about the projects undertaken in his name by the Wade Edwards Foundation, including the Wade Edwards Short Fiction Contest, a Place in Time, and the principal project, the Wade Edwards Learning Lab.  There are also Online Grief Resources links.

The Wade Edwards Foundation is a public, non-profit organization, with charitable organization status under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) founded in 1996 to honor the life and spirit of Wade Edwards by supporting in other young people the pursuit of the virtues of honor,   determination, responsibility, and charity. The Foundation supports activities that honor these qualities in students of achievement as well as activities that encourage all students to strive for excellence.
