The Wade Edwards Foundation and Learning Lab (WELL) has provided afterschool programs for Wake County high school students for more than 20 years. Working closely with schools and community partners to focus on developing the whole student, we support academic excellence, build college and career readiness through career conversations and exploration, and offer enrichment and service learning experiences. Services and programs include free tutoring and homework assistance, access to the Internet in our computer lab, career conversations and exploration in our weekly WELL-Rounded program, ACT/SAT test prep, building leadership skills through WELL Service Warriors, and more. Enrichment and skills building programs are steeped in positive youth development tenets, which helps youth learn to help themselves to develop a foundation for success.

The WELL is one of only a few organizations in our community serving high school students specifically, filling a gap in support at a critical time in their lives. Your financial and volunteer support makes a difference.

Tournament Friend ($10-$74)

Your donation helps us cover the costs of the tournament, which helps us keep our team registration fees low so more people can be involved.

Tournament Underwriter ($75-$249)

As an Underwriter, you are not only supporting the costs of the tournament, but also supporting the valuable work of the WELL. As a Tournament Underwriter, you will receive name recognition at the event, and on the WELL website.

Tournament Sponsor ($250+)

Show WELL students that you believe in them, and are willing to invest in their future through the WELL! As a Tournament Sponsor, you will receive name/logo recognition at the event and on the WELL website, but your investment will last long after the Tournament is over! Becoming a Tournament Sponsor will show WELL students that you care about their future!

Team Underwriter ($80)

We want to include up to four student teams from each of our target high schools! Your team support covers their $80 registration fee and provides support to the tournament. Our target schools will be Broughton High School, Athens Drive High School, Enloe High School, and Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School; and of course, our own team – or teams – of WELL students!
