Academic Coaching & Tutoring
We are always looking for volunteers who are interested in helping our high school students improve academically. We have students who need help studying a variety of subjects: math and science are our most common requests, but we also have students needing assistance in other areas as well. If you are interested, please fill out our Volunteer Form (also located at the bottom of this page) and contact Rebekah Dixon to plan a time to come meet and talk about tutoring.
If you would like to participate in one of our existing programs as a mentor or guest speaker, please contact Betsey McFarland. Additionally, if you would like to propose a program for high school students, we’d love to talk and see if your ideas align with our mission.
We are currently seeking board members. If you’re interesting in serving on our board of directors, please read our description of service and fill out our board profile. We seek community leaders, business professionals, and WELL alumni who are committed to our mission and passionate about advocating for our students and programs. If this interests you, please send a completed board profile to Betsey McFarland and she’ll contact you to set up a time to talk.
